Abstract

Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TTC) is a rare entity but can be life-threatening if not managed appropriately. Perioperative TTC is an extremely rare condition. We successfully managed a 26-year-old female patient who had TTC due to neostigmine during the perioperative period.
