Details
Recently there have been a couple of discoverys regarding cancer and ways to kill it. Those discoveries were made by scientists and universities. I wanted to know how these scientists goes about putting what they find in the public sector. Do they just start a business themselves? Do they sell the solution to the highest bidder? Do they hand it off to another group or regulator and let them handle it? Thanks for answering this question if you do answer it.
