Summary

My research interests include genetics and development, cell and molecular biology, genome editing and advanced cell culture; my latest project is to develop novel platforms to assess the safety profile of gene therapy effectors. I have an extensive hands-on experience in molecular and cell biology, with CRISPR/Cas cell engineering technologies and within the field of RNA modifications.

Developmental Cell Dynamics Lab, Chalmers University of Technology

The Developmental Cell Dynamics Lab focuses on understanding preimplantation mammalian development by combining advanced live-cell imaging and genetic approaches with computer-based mathematical modeling and simulations of cell dynamics, combined with high-throughput genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics data analysis. During this postdoctoral training, I will expand both my conceptual and technical skills, paying special emphasis to the dynamics of early mammalian embryo development.
